Judge Stephen R. Bough is a graduate of Missouri State University and UMKC School of Law, where he served as the Editor in Chief of the UMKC Law Review. After clerking for Judge Scott O. Wright of the United States District Court, Judge Bough was engaged in the private practice of law as a trial attorney. He was appointed to the bench in 2014 and is a frequent writer and speaker on the topic of MDL’s.
