Luta Pleiss, Chief of the Systems Development & Support Office (SDSO) Training Division, leads efforts to design, implement, and sustain training initiatives that support the mission of the federal judiciary. With over 25 years of experience, she has a strong background in training development, project management, and technological innovation. Ms. Pleiss holds a bachelor’s degree in education and a master’s degree in organizational leadership. She is a graduate of the Federal Court Leadership Development Program and a founding member of the Automation Training Community of Practice (ATCoP).
