Sara Diaz is a partner at Bulie Diaz Law Office of Fargo and Grand Forks, ND and represents bankruptcy clients in North Dakota and Minnesota. Sara is a graduate of the University of North Dakota School of Law. She is licensed in ND and MN State and Federal Courts and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. She has exclusively devoted her over 16-year practice to helping clients file for protection under Chapters 7, 11, 12 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code.

Sara is a member of the ND and MN State Bar Associations, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA), American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), and the National Diocesan Attorneys Association. She has presented on several bankruptcy related topics at seminars in ND and MN. Sara is a current member of the MN Bankruptcy Practice Committee and a member of the ND Bankruptcy Court Local Rules Advisory Committee in 2017 and 2022. Sara serves as Diocesan Attorney for the Diocese of Crookston as well as the City of Hawley as a member of its Planning Commission and Park Board. Sara lives in Hawley, MN and is married with two children.
