Brian T. Fenimore has served as a bankruptcy judge since August 31, 2017. He graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1988 with a degree in Agricultural Economics, and the University of Michigan Law School in 1990. After graduating from law school, he clerked for the Honorable Arthur B. Federman, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Western District of Missouri, and then led the bankruptcy team at Lathrop Gage LLP (now Lathrop GPM LLP) for more than 25 years, representing debtors, creditors, and many other parties in interest.
