Mark practices criminal law in state and federal court. Following a clerkship with the North Dakota Supreme Court, he has practiced with the Vogel Law Firm in Fargo since 2000. Since 2010, he has served as the Criminal Justice Act Panel Attorney District Representative for the District of North Dakota. Mark is a former police officer, and previously served in the Army National Guard for 24 years.
