Speaker Bio
Tony Miller served two back-to-back combat tours in Iraq in the U.S. Army’s 82nd Airborne Division. He struggled with PTSD after returning home to Minnesota and fell into the criminal justice system. Tony is a graduate of the Hennepin County Veterans’ Treatment Court. He later obtained a master’s degree in social work from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul. Tony now works for the U. S. Department of Veterans Affairs in Minnesota, assisting with its suicide prevention initiatives.
