Surviving a 15 year whirlwind of drug abuse and crime prepared Mindy for a life of helping others find redemption. After graduating in 2010 from the Long Term Program at Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge, she was hired as a Recovery Coach and was eventually promoted to Program Director. With experience on both sides of the system, the last 10 years serving the women has given her a profound insight as to what it takes to reverse the damage caused by addiction. She is also a mentor with the Federal Reentry Program, helping high risk individuals reintegrate with society upon their release. Mindy has dedicated her life to coming alongside others who struggle to break free from their life controlling issues.
