Jill Langley is the Circuit Director of Workplace Relations for the Eighth and Tenth Circuits. She was the first Judicial Integrity Officer at the newly created AO Office of Judicial Integrity from 2018 to 2021. In that role, as well as the Circuit Director roles, Jill provides education and training to employees, managers, and judges about the judiciary’s standards of conduct and employment protections and procedures in the EDR Plan. She provides confidential advice and counseling to judiciary employees on workplace conduct issues and helps managers and judges use best practices to address and resolve workplace conduct issues and EDR-related claims. She was on the national working groups that revised the Model EDR Plan in 2008, 2013, and 2019. She previously was an attorney with the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
