Roger Jacobson joined the AO in October 2022 as a regional administrator. His responsibilities include primary support for the Appellate and Bankruptcy Appellate Panel Clerks Advisory Group as well as serving as a liaison to the District and Bankruptcy Clerks in the Third and Fourth Circuits. Prior to joining the federal judiciary, Roger worked as a courtroom clerk, supervisor and business analyst for the State of Maryland court system.
