Room Block
A limited guest room block is available at a room rate of $156.00 per night (subject to applicable state and local taxes, and City Development Fee).

Rooms in this block will be offered on a first come, first-served basis. Book your group rate online at 2025 Eighth Circuit Judicial Conference or call Marriott reservations at 1-888-236-2427 or (816) 474-4400 and ask for the 2025 Eighth Circuit Judicial Conference room block. 

Guests must make reservations by Monday, July 7, 2025; any reservations after this date are subject to availability and at prevailing room rates.
 
The $156.00 room rate will be extended by the hotel three (3) days pre/post conference dates, based upon room availability.
 
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Failure to cancel a reservation by 11:59 pm local hotel time two (2) days before arrival will result in a forfeiture of the room's deposit or a charge of one night's room and tax applied to the guaranteed method of payment. 

Additionally, an Early Departure Charge of one night's room and applicable tax applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date.
 
Guest room check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 12:00 pm.
