Room Block
A limited guest room block is available at the government per diem room rate of $148.00 per night (subject to applicable taxes).
Rooms in this block will be offered on a first come, first-served basis by making your reservations online at the 2023 Eighth Circuit Judicial Conference Booking Link or by calling 1-800-333-3333 and asking for the 2023 Eighth Circuit Judicial Conference room block. Guests must make reservations by Wednesday, June 14th, 2023; any reservations after this date are subject to availability and at prevailing room rates.
Based on room availability, the per diem room rate will be extended by the hotel three (3) days pre/post conference dates.
All reservations must be guaranteed by one night's deposit or a major credit card. Failure to cancel a guaranteed reservation by 3:00 pm on the day prior to arrival will result in a forfeiture of the room's deposit; a charge of one night's room and tax applied to the guaranteed method of payment. Additionally, an early departure fee, equal to one night's room and tax, applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date, as confirmed at check-in.
Guest room check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 12:00 pm.
Parking
The hotel offers three parking options for guests:
1. Self-parking in the South Ramp located directly underneath the hotel is $20.00 per day with "in and out" privileges if the attendee or overnight guest goes to the hotel's Front Desk, advises the front desk agent that they are in need of "in and out" privileges and pays the parking fee. The front desk agent will validate the ticket for "in and out" privileges or will provide chaser tickets for the "in and out" privileges. Self-parking is based upon availability.
2. Valet parking is based upon availability at the time of arrival at a rate of $30.00 for overnight or $15.00 for day/event-only (non-overnight).
3. Complimentary self-parking is also available in the East and West Mall of America ramps. If a registered hotel guest is parking overnight in either of these lots, the guest will need to notify the front desk of the hotel at check-in of their vehicle's license plate number and make/model. The hotel will inform the Mall of America of this information. Mall of America will tow cars that are parked overnight if they are not notified of the vehicle being registered with a hotel's overnight guest. The hotel recommends guests to first check-in and drop off luggage, then self-park vehicle at the Mall of America after filling out the required parking form with the required information.
All parking pricing and availability is subject to change and the hotel assumes no liability for any damage or loss to vehicles parked in any of these parking options.
Airport Transfers
The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to and from the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport. The shuttle is based on availability at the time of the reservation request. Hotel Shuttle Information
